Many people use Phone Mediums very soon after a loved one has passed over hoping to get a message from them.  In my experience the spirits of loved ones on the other side are not always ready to connect with those on this side.  I sense that this could be because it would not be beneficial for this to happen at this time for a variety of reasons.  When the time is right then they will come through and I have known Phone Mediums who have waited for a message from the other side to get this a few days after the caller has been.  Then by coincidence or may be by fate that caller will ring one of the Phone Mediums again saying they felt compelled to ring them.  The communication can then take place and be just as affective as if the caller was sitting in front of the Medium.

Quite often when I am asked to do a reading for someone who is not familiar with the terms I find that they are really looking for Psychic Mediums rather than Mediums or Psychics.  I make a point to explain how I work, for example I might say I am a Clairvoyant and I also read Tarot Cards, I interpret dreams  and I do Mediumship.  I then ask them if they understand each of these terms and often I find that they do not know that there is a difference between Clairvoyance and Mediumship.

One of the top UK Mediums gives an account of an all night vigil in a haunted mansion where she worked alongside Paranormal Investigators to bring insight into the history of the haunted manor. 

It was 9pm and the guests had just finished their Psychic Supper and we were gathered in the courtyard.  As I started to explain the procedure I suddenly became aware of galloping horses coming towards me in twos.  I was nearly knocked off balance and had to regain my posture as the tracker metre was scanned over my body by the Paranormal Investigator.  He recorded that the temperature had dropped just around where I was standing.  This would indicate that there was a presence and I checked my pendulum and it was swinging very widely indicating a strong presence. 

I explained the procedure to the group that there was just one of the Mediums working tonight and that later we would split up into two groups.  One group would go with the Paranormal Investigator with the equipment and the other group would go with me.  Normally there would be one of the Mediums with each group and the Paranormal Investigators work between the two.  I performed a demonstration with my pendulum so that the rest of the group understood the direction that the pendulum would swing for Yes and for No. 

As we carried on through the grounds we encountered a burning fire which everyone could see in a field at midnight.  An old lady manifested herself on a door and we were able to capture this on camera, and a little boy was running up and down the hallway, there was the sound of sewing machines in the main hall. 

The most interesting experience was what occurred when we split into our groups for our all night vigils in the bedrooms.  I became aware of a lady levitating above the bed and then she started rocking backwards and forwards.  Members of the group were putting their hands on the bed to see if they could feel anything.  In the next room where the other group held their vigil there was a small crib next to a double bed.  When we joined the other group and exchanged our experiences the other group reported that the cradle had been rocking at the exact same time as I saw the lady rocking above the bed.

If there could be a peaceful message about 2012 you’d think that it might come from “on high”. I’m talking about the Tibetan monasteries a couple miles above sea level, where the rarified air produces clarity of thought. But no! What we’re hearing from the Tibetan monks is that is that world politics will continue to get worse and as a result we will have to be invaded by extraterrestrials to save the planet.

Wonder what they smoke up there? 

Back here on this side of the big pond we have individuals such as Barbara Marciniak who gets here daily news from way up there- or maybe that is way out there. Barbara channels the Pleiadians. Thins are quite so dire from the messages that Barbara is getting in that 2012 is more of a time when we step out of our earthly third dimension and move into more of an “outer galactic” home base (whatever that means).

It can really get quite crazy when one looks at al the ideas about 2012.

It’s something like a cafeteria of options. What are you HUNGRY for? What wets your THIRST? As one goes down the line of options, what do you see that you’d like to try? This smorgasbord of possibilities fits in nicely with the quantum physics “waves of possibilities” ; however, at some point we must truly LOOK and SEE and when we do the wave becomes a particle- the reality.

The future of the universe is not pre-determined!

We’re not here to lay down and let others perform in our place. We all have a ROLE to play. It’s time to get on stage.

We need to get beyond all the dogmatic religious legalism. Life is not about doctrine, but about love and mystery. As Miguel de Unamuno wrote, “It’s not important that you know everything- just the important things.” Are you getting the picture?

Now, let’s JUST BE IT!

 An event to remember and hastily forget.

 We met at a local nightclub in Gibraltar. Most people knew my involvement with the modern order of Knights Templar and the local Priory made up of prominent social activists. It had incurred the wrath of the local Monsignor who had started to promote a religious order as an alternative to ours. even during confessionals The local Freemasons were also very aggressive and rarely did a day go by without some sort of argument or other with one of its supporter on the question of our legitimacy or even right to be there. We were held with some awe, by most particularly after we held an investiture in the very heart of the Rocks´s military tunnels appropriately called St. Georges Chambers and to which event a wide variety of executive Templars throughout the world attended. The glittering gala banquet at the Casino had left its mark and from that day onwards, the verbal and indirect social attacks incresed to the point of aggression. As Prior of Gibraltar, I had decked out my beautiful three storey villa overlooking the bay in the manner and style of an ambassadorial residence. Thick carpets and palatial chandeliers accompanied outstanding antique paintings. The social events organised there were always memorable and I was proud of my home and Templar niche in the country which would one day be visited and enjoyed by our Portuguese Grand Master. The Rock´s Chief Minister, the mayoress and the mayor of our ancient family seat in Spanish Ronda were able to meet and celebrate the event with him. It is quite understandable therefore that we would be accosted by the chagrin of those who hoped that our attempt to establish a foothold in the country, would fall to bits.

 I was not in the mood therefore for an argument in the early hours of the morning with this aggressive and obviously disturbed self declared freemason. His scurrilious attacks were met with my own intransigence and refusal to climb down from my high horse. Gibraltar lacked nightlife and the only one or two places worthy of spending an interesting time in were also frequented by the most bizarre variety of sailors, drunks, hooligans and cross section locals. I should really have given places like thsose a wide berth, but short of gambling and drinking at the Casino, there was nothing else to do. When I left the place eventually and saw my argumentative associate by my car, I could not resist asking him to come home and have a coffee, if only becasue secretly, I had enjoyed the sparks and also because he looked wretchedly crestfallen. He had confessed going through a divorce situation, among other family problems. He was agressively defiant, but I insisted and apologized for the earlier argument. He shrugged his shoulders and joined me for the ride. It took me another plea outside my house to get him to join me inside. I wish I had not.

 The Extraordinay Event.

Looking back some fifteen years ago, I still tremble with apprehension and look around to see if anything just as much moves or betrays unseen presences. The memory of what was to follow the ushering in of this man directly into the lounge of my house, that fateful day, lingers and leaves no scope for rational appreciation. It was a nightmare in every sense of the world.

 I chose to go into the house via the lounge door to which we had to descend by an outside staircase rather than the main entrance which led to the sitting room and bedrooms. The house was built on a steep embankment and clung to it from a road level storey to a second, third and final garden supported by massive ramparts. The site was just above the famous Trafalgar Cemetery where victims of the battle were buried. The ground on which the house was built, was also well laden with the remains of victims of earlier battles, like that of 1704 when Admiral Rooke took Gibraltar. Skulls and odd bones were often dug up in nearby public gardens and it would be fair to say that the whole residential development was technically on a cemetery. This never bothered anyone but it made me very sensitive to the issue after the events that followed.

We walked directly into the large 40 metre square lounge. In the middle and straddling two columns were the war and peace Templar flags of known fame. They were a delight to see and draped almost down to the floor – one black striped and the other with the inverted Latin cross in red. The impression these made on my guest was startling. I could see the glazed look in his eyes and saw him stumble towards the war flag to out immediate right. I had had no time to offer him a drink or even suggest he sit down but I remember his challenging and derrogatory remarks which he uttered out loud “What is this….(nonsense) as he made a grab for one of its corners in what appeared to be an act of violence. I was overcome with an anxiety that somehow did not belong to the moment, because I reacted fiercely with a shout “DON´T …!” as I lunged forward to protect it in case he pulled it down. The rest was pure horror. I heard the most terrifying scramble of military boots upstairs in the bedroom area with the tiles sounding as if they were being broken to shreds by the heavy stomping. The noise filled my ears and my heart broke into a fear reaction that threatened to bring me down. I fell back onto the very large settee as I lost my balance and I saw him throw himself to the ground screaming loudly for help and muttering words like “leave me alone – leave me alone……. !! As if that were not enough, I realized to my astonishment that something was being dragged down the wooden staircase from the top level and that whatever was causing it, was going to arrive right next to my right arm on the settee. I recoiled and sprung from there to the other end of the room to get my back to the wall and watch,near fainting, what was coming down as it turned the corner into the room. It had sounded like sacking but visions of starched cloaks or linen filled my mind. I suspect my mind had translated whatever it was into a vision of an ancient knight, although I had been told that the mantle did not reach beyond the calves. I also knew that it was not starched , so the idea of what could be becoming down was not clear and frankly, I feared for my life if, whatever it was, could do physcial damage. I still do not understand why suddenly I was filled with an inner calmness that made me shout at my guest…”THINK POSITIVE!! THINK POSITIVE” I was not afraid anymore and when he lifted and saw my face …..”no longer betraying fear……” according to him, he stood up slowly and robotically and started to fondle a large leaf plant hanging from a chained, decorative container descending to waist level. I still remember him speaking softly to the plant and my mind fixed on the scene as if I too was begging nature to protect us. It was a form of prayer and I cannot remember at what point the noise stopped and I never saw what was coming down the staircase. I am thankful for the experience and cannot say what it could all have been. From the outside at first glance, it was an act of defiance from another dimension, but just what our minds are capable, given the opportunity and channel, I have yet to decide. I can understand hallucinations. I can also understand collective hysteria and relevant materialisations, but often, the nature and detail of the experience is not so easy to fathom psychologically. Why the starched dragging sound and why modern tiles appeared to be crashing underfoot is incomprehensible. I would, in a moment of panic have caused to materialize a lumbering skeleton or a monstruous genie screaming blue murder but such detail and so unusual in its makeup did what parapsychological manifestations always do – leave no handle to grab it by. The stomping itself would have been more than enough without the familiar sound that loose tiles make when stepped on.

The indecisive aftermath.

My discussions with the very subdued but responsive guest were very interesting. He had. It seemed seen it all in vividly and as real as if he had been there on the battlefield. In fact, he had been there. I had seen nothing. The horses were flying over his head and the flag (or flags) was flying in the wind. They seemed to be trying to knock him down and they were about to descend on him when he started shouting “Leave me alone….leave me alone”, so plaintively. He did make a relevant comment however which may explain why he saw and I did not. He said that the sight of me running to the other end of the room had confused him because he saw in the whole thing a punishment for his undeserved disdain of the Order. He believed that they had come out of the past to teach him a lesson and perhaps all those who spoke badly of the knights, but he could not understand why I myself, should have been afraid in view of my defensive stand and respect for them. I found it difficult to explain that perhaps, I was just as guilty as he was in a different sort of way and that in any case, psychic assaults of this intensity were not quite things to take with a smile. I had been terrifed by the sounds but unfortunately had not been capable or hysterical enough to visualize the scene. I am sure that if I had, I would have become a better Templar. We dared to go upstairs and examine every inch of the place and scoured the outside for any signs of anything that could have come in contact with that turbulance but with no luck. There was absolutely nothing out of place and most definitely, no tile lifted or broken throughout the whole of the upstairs. He left in a cloud and I, funnily enough, slept like a log. The idea of selling the house and getting out found its seed there and then. I would have been incapable of withstanding anything like that on my own.

The next meeting with my fellow traveller, was to prove just how much our presence on the Rock was resented by the religious and mystical encampment. The General Secretary of the local Masonic lodges had been informed and had enquired as to what we had drunk and whether perhaps we had partaken (implying me giving him something guaranteed to produce the effect) of some sort of narcotic. Both he and I knew that there had been no time even if I had even remotely understood or ever seen those things. I assume that if we had taken substances of that nature, that we would either run around like idiots or fallen asleep. I had had problems with our local Monsignor before – a defamatory and inquisitorial figure full of fantasies. He subquently had me labelled – “the devil” and prominent religious personalities including the Irish Bishop would cross the road rather than cross my path in the future. It made me wonder in just what dimension these ridiculous and destructive figures lived in. I was happy in the thought that perhaps one day, a real Knight Templar from the past, in full armorial dress, would pay them a little visit and perhaps swing a club or two.

The Bible says that the Lord God has mouth, nostrils, feet and He was seen flying on the wings of the wind. The Noble Quran says that Naught is as Allah’s likeness in attributes.  Any form, picture, thoughts that you put the Almighty Creator in it is absolutely wrong.

He mounted the cherubim and flew; he soared on the wings of the wind.  He made darkness his canopy around him— the dark rain clouds of the sky. Out of the brightness of his presence bolts of lightning blazed forth.  The LORD thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded.  He shot arrows and scattered the enemies, bolts of lightning and routed them.  The valleys of the sea were exposed and the foundations of the earth laid bare at the rebuke of the LORD, at the blast of breath from his nostrils.  “He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters.

Herein, there are some very important points:

1) The Bible describes the lord God, the Almighty Creator as He has mouth, nostrils, feet and He was seen flying on the wings of the wind.

2) The Bible describes the lord God, the Almighty Creator as a body which descends

3) The thunder is the voice of the lord God, the Almighty Creator.

4) The Lord God did and performed many movements and acts to save David.

5) The speed of the Lord God was that of the wind

6) The wind has wings!

All of these points are ABSOLUTELY denied in the Noble Quran because:

1) The Noble Quran says that Naught is as Allah’s likeness in attributes.  Any form, picture, thoughts that you put the Almighty Creator in it is absolutely wrong.

2) The Almighty Creator is not a body

3) The thunder is not the voice of the Almighty Creator.

4) When the Almighty Creator decides upon a matter, when He wants to do anything, He only says to it ‘Be!’ and it is.  Hence, He could save David in fraction of a second if He willed.

5) The speed of the Lord God was that of the wind; for instance, does not He know the speed of the light?  However, Naught is as Allah’s likeness in attributes. 

6) The wind has no wings!

7) The Great Prophet King David can not say that about the Almighty Creator simply because he knows better who Allah is.

8 “The earth trembled and quaked, the foundations of the heavens shook; they trembled because he was angry.

9 Smoke rose from his nostrils; consuming fire came from his mouth, burning coals blazed out of it.

10 He parted the heavens and came down; dark clouds were under his feet.

11 He mounted the cherubim and flew; he soared on the wings of the wind.

12 He made darkness his canopy around him— the dark rain clouds of the sky.

13 Out of the brightness of his presence bolts of lightning blazed forth.

14 The LORD thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded.

15 He shot arrows and scattered the enemies, bolts of lightning and routed them.

16 The valleys of the sea were exposed and the foundations of the earth laid bare  at the rebuke of the LORD, at the blast of breath from his nostrils.

17 “He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters.

The Wind in the Noble Quran (1)

In this article, the following four points will be discussed:

1) The Wind and the similitude of the righteous works of the disbelievers

2) The Wind and the likeness of the disbelievers who are Anti-Islam

3) What if Allah wants to do anything?

4) The Golden verse (faith-wise) of the Quran that describes the Almighty Creator

1) The Wind and the similitude of the righteous works of the disbelievers

Verse 14: 18 says:

QARIB: as for the likeness of those who disbelieve in their lord, their works are like ashes which a strong wind scatters on a stormy day; they are powerless over that they have earned; that is the far error.

SHAKIR: the parable of those who disbelieve in their lord: their actions are like ashes on which the wind blows hard on a stormy day; they shall not have power over any thing out of what they have earned; this is the great error

PICKTHAL: a similitude of those who disbelieve in their lord: their works are as ashes which the wind bloweth hard upon a stormy day. they have no control of aught that they have earned. that is the extreme failure.

YUSUFALI: the parable of those who reject their lord is that their works are as ashes, on which the wind blows furiously on a tempestuous day: no power have they over aught that they have earned: that is the straying far, far (from the goal).

The meanings of the verse:

In this verse, the Quran gives a similitude, the likeness, the description, of the righteous works of those who disbelieve in their Lord such as kindness [to kin] or an act of charity in the way that no benefit can be derived from them.

Allah says: the works of those who disbelieve in their Lord are as ashes which the wind blows hard upon a stormy day, one in which the winds blow violently, making them as scattered dust, over which none can have power. They have no control of aught that they have earned.

Allah says: they will not find the reward of their good works which were performed in their state of disbelief, just as one will not find ashes when the wind blows hard on it.  The disbelievers, have no power over anything that they have earned, [anything] that they had done in [their] life on earth, in other words, they shall find no reward for it, since this was never a precondition. That is extreme error, [extreme] perdition!

That is the extreme failure; the error which is far remote from the Truth or guidance.

2) The Wind and the likeness of the disbelievers who are Anti-Islam

Verse 3: 117 says:

QARIB: the wealth they spend in this worldly life is like a freezing wind that smites the harvest of a people who have wronged themselves and destroys it. Allah has not wronged them, but they wronged themselves.

SHAKIR: the likeness of what they spend in the life of this world is as the likeness of wind in which is intense cold (that) smites the seed produce of a people who haw done injustice to their souls and destroys it; and Allah is not unjust to them, but they are unjust to themselves

PICKTHAL: the likeness of that which they spend in this life of the world is as the likeness of a biting, icy wind which smiteth the harvest of a people who have wronged themselves, and devastateth it. Allah wronged them not, but they do wrong themselves.

YUSUFALI: what they spend in the life of this (material) world may be likened to a wind which brings a nipping frost: it strikes and destroys the harvest of men who have wronged their own souls: it is not Allah that hath wronged them, but they wrong themselves.

The meanings of the verse:

The likeness, the description, of what they, the disbelievers, expend in the life of this world, in the way of enmity towards the Prophet Muhammad or in the way of voluntary almsgiving or the like, is as the likeness of a wind wherein is a blast, of extreme hot or cold, that smote the tillage, the crops, of a people who have wronged themselves, through unbelief and disobedience, and destroyed it, so that they could not profit from it; so it is with what they expend, it perishes and they profit nothing from it. Also, they have wronged themselves by not giving what is due to Allah from it, (and devastated it) ruined it; likewise, idolatry destroys one’s spending just as wind destroys the harvest.

Allah did not wrong them, when they lost what they expended, but they wronged themselves, through unbelief, which necessitated this loss.

In other words, Allah did not wrong them by thwarting the benefit of their harvest and spending, but they did wrong themselves through disbelief and withholding what is due to Allah from the harvest.

3) What if Allah wants to do anything?

Verse 36: 82 says:

QARIB: when he wills a thing, his command is to say to it ‘be’, and it is!

SHAKIR: his command, when he intends anything, is only to say to it: be, so it is

PICKTHAL: but his command, when he intendeth a thing, is only that he saith unto it: be! and it is.

YUSUFALI: verily, when he intends a thing, his command is, “be”, and it is!

The meanings of the verse:

His command, His affair, when He wills a thing, that is, [when He will] to create something, or to do anything is just to say to it ‘Be’, and it is.

Also, Verse 40: 68 says

QARIB: it is he who gives life and makes to die, and when he decrees a thing, he says to it: ‘be and it is!

SHAKIR: he it is who gives life and brings death, so when he decrees an affair, he only says to it: be, and it is

PICKTHAL: he it is who quickeneth and giveth death. when he ordaineth a thing, he saith unto it only: be! and it is.

YUSUFALI: it is he who gives life and death; and when he decides upon an affair, he says to it, “be”, and it is.

The meanings of the verse:

Allah is He Who gives life and brings death; No one else can do that. So when He decides upon a matter, [when] He wants to bring something into existence, He only says to it ‘Be!’ and it is.  In other words, it comes into existence after He has willed it, that which is signified by the said words.

4) The Golden verse (faith-wise) of the Quran that describes the Almighty Creator

Verse42: 11 says

QARIB: the originator of the heavens and the earth, he has given you from yourselves, pairs, and also pairs of cattle, thereby multiplying you. there is nothing like him. he is the hearer, the seer.

SHAKIR: the originator of the heavens and the earth; he made mates for you from among yourselves, and mates of the cattle too, multiplying you thereby; nothing like a likeness of him; and he is the hearing, the seeing

PICKTHAL: the creator of the heavens and the earth. he hath made for you pairs of yourselves, and of the cattle also pairs, whereby he multiplieth you. naught is as his likeness; and he is the hearer, the seer.

YUSUFALI: (he is) the creator of the heavens and the earth: he has made for you pairs from among yourselves, and pairs among cattle: by this means does he multiply you: there is nothing whatever like unto him, and he is the one that hears and sees (all things).

The meanings of the verse:

He (Allah) is the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the One Who created them [without precedent]. He has made for you, from your own selves, pairs, when He created Eve from Adam’s rib, and [also] pairs, males and females, of the cattle and whereby He multiplies you through marriage. There is nothing like Him; there is no likeness of Him, exalted be He). He is the Hearer, of what you say, the Seer, of your works.  Naught is as His likeness in attributes, knowledge, power and providence etc.

The basic point of faith is that Naught is as your Almighty creator.

Since man is a creature which has Spirit that gives him like; and since Naught is as the likeness of your Creator, then the Almighty Creator has NO SPIRIT.

Hence, the Almighty Creator is not a body or material like us.  Any form, picture or thoughts that you put the Almighty Creator in it is absolutely wrong.

According to the Islamic Rule of Faith, if any one put the Almighty Creator in any form, picture or thoughts, he or she is Disbeliever and has No faith; and he will end up in the Hereafter as a dweller of the Eternal Fire.

This is in spite of what name(s) you are giving to your Almighty Creator e.g. Allah, Lord, God, Jehovah etc.

On the other hand, the vice versa is absolutely True!
