Phone Mediums can work across the telephone lines just as well as they can work with a one to one sitting.  People do not really think of Phone Mediums when they think of Mediums they tend to think of a Medium standing on a platform bringing messages to an audience.  This is not always the case as a Medium can work in a variety of ways and spirit moves in different ways.  With modern technology Psychics and Mediums are learning to adapt and work more flexibly to meet the needs of clients.  Phone Mediums bring their messages to individuals over the telephone rather than working with groups of people. 

Many people use Phone Mediums very soon after a loved one has passed over hoping to get a message from them.  In my experience the spirits of loved ones on the other side are not always ready to connect with those on this side.  I sense that this could be because it would not be beneficial for this to happen at this time for a variety of reasons.  When the time is right then they will come through and I have known Phone Mediums who have waited for a message from the other side to get this a few days after the caller has been.  Then by coincidence or may be by fate that caller will ring one of the Phone Mediums again saying they felt compelled to ring them.  The communication can then take place and be just as affective as if the caller was sitting in front of the Medium.

Phone Mediums offer a very good service and for some people they find them to be a much needed resource.  The advantage of this kind of reading over the telephone is that the client does not have to leave their home and come to you.  This can seem like quite a hike if they were to come all the way over to your practice only to find they have a 10 minute message from the other side.

It is important that they keep they make a note of their name and pin number if this is a premium rate telephone reading.  Once a spirit has come to a particular Medium they are likely to come back again to that same Medium. 

I once did a reading for five people one after the other from the same family over the telephone and connected to a little girl on the other side who was a close relative and it was the anniversary of her passing.  This was a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to receive individual messages and to be there to support each other during this communication.

Psychic Mediums are more common than people realise, when people think of a Medium they do not necessarily think of them as Psychics.  Yet there is a dual aspect to this as a Medium can quite often switch between using Mediumistic skills to using Psychic ability.  A Medium has Psychic ability although a Psychic may not have developed Mediumship ability.  One of the UKs top Psychic Mediums gives an account of how she works with this dual aspect.

Quite often when I am asked to do a reading for someone who is not familiar with the terms I find that they are really looking for Psychic Mediums rather than Mediums or Psychics.  I make a point to explain how I work, for example I might say I am a Clairvoyant and I also read Tarot Cards, I interpret dreams  and I do Mediumship.  I then ask them if they understand each of these terms and often I find that they do not know that there is a difference between Clairvoyance and Mediumship. 

This is why Psychic Mediums is a term which describes more specifically how I work, and this means that if I offer my services along with other Psychic Mediums then I can use both skills.  If I were to offer my skills as a Medium then I would be expected to connect with loved ones on the other side.  We can not guarantee that someone on the other side is waiting to bring a message through and sometimes this can be disappointing.  It is therefore, better to offer my services under the umbrella of Psychic Mediums because then the client can benefit from a Psychic reading as well.

UK Mediums are doing an important job, and they are even getting recognition in some Counties and working as Psychic Medium  Detectives for the Police.  Uk Mediums are to be found working in a variety of ways, some UK Mediums can be found doing important cleansing work where there is a haunting.  UK Mediums can connect with ghosts and sometimes they work with Paranormal Investigators  to  discover the truth about a haunted place. 

One of the top UK Mediums gives an account of an all night vigil in a haunted mansion where she worked alongside Paranormal Investigators to bring insight into the history of the haunted manor. 

It was 9pm and the guests had just finished their Psychic Supper and we were gathered in the courtyard.  As I started to explain the procedure I suddenly became aware of galloping horses coming towards me in twos.  I was nearly knocked off balance and had to regain my posture as the tracker metre was scanned over my body by the Paranormal Investigator.  He recorded that the temperature had dropped just around where I was standing.  This would indicate that there was a presence and I checked my pendulum and it was swinging very widely indicating a strong presence. 

I explained the procedure to the group that there was just one of the Mediums working tonight and that later we would split up into two groups.  One group would go with the Paranormal Investigator with the equipment and the other group would go with me.  Normally there would be one of the Mediums with each group and the Paranormal Investigators work between the two.  I performed a demonstration with my pendulum so that the rest of the group understood the direction that the pendulum would swing for Yes and for No. 

As we carried on through the grounds we encountered a burning fire which everyone could see in a field at midnight.  An old lady manifested herself on a door and we were able to capture this on camera, and a little boy was running up and down the hallway, there was the sound of sewing machines in the main hall. 

The most interesting experience was what occurred when we split into our groups for our all night vigils in the bedrooms.  I became aware of a lady levitating above the bed and then she started rocking backwards and forwards.  Members of the group were putting their hands on the bed to see if they could feel anything.  In the next room where the other group held their vigil there was a small crib next to a double bed.  When we joined the other group and exchanged our experiences the other group reported that the cradle had been rocking at the exact same time as I saw the lady rocking above the bed.
